What are the shipping costs for heavy gym equipment?
We offer standard ground shipping on all orders. For oversized items like power racks and weight plates, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Freight shipping is available for commercial orders.
What is your return policy for fitness gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. Please note that return shipping costs for heavy equipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you offer warranties on your strength equipment?
Yes, Titan Fitness provides a limited 1-year warranty on all structural welds and frames. Moving parts and upholstery are covered for 90 days against manufacturing defects.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer financing options through Affirm for qualifying purchases.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
